When will my order ship?

We pride ourselves on our fast shipping times! All expedited shipping orders placed before 11am EST ship same-day.

All standard shipping orders will ship out the next business day.

During major sale events, such as Black Friday / Cyber Monday, Halloween, Easter and other Seasonal Sales, shipping times may take slightly longer, but no more than 2 business days to ship out.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Upon shipment, a tracking number will be automatically sent to you at the email address or phone number associated with your order. 

If you cannot locate your tracking number, please email us and we will promptly assist.

I entered the wrong shipping address.

So long as your order has not shipped out yet, we are able to edit / modify shipping addresses. If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@lorrainestudio.com and include your order number in your correspondence.

Help! My package was lost or stolen .

If your package was lost in transit, stolen, or returned to us, please contact us at info@lorrainestudio.com with your order information and we will further assist.

What shipping times do you offer?

We offer the following shipping options for U.S. orders:

1. Standard Shipping - This option takes 5-8 business days from order to delivery.

2. USPS Priority Mail - This option takes 3-5 business days from order to delivery.

3. Expedited shipping - Your order delivered in 2 business days. Order before 11am EST to ensure same-day shipping!

Do you ship internationally?

We regret that we are unable to ship to areas outside of the United States at the moment, but hopefully we will expand to more areas soon.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Armarillo, Texas!

Do I have to pay shipping for a return / exchange?

We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if for any reason you wish to return eligible, unused, in their original condition products you may do so by shipping the goods back within 14-days of the delivery date.

We do not conduct exchanges at this time. Items returned that have been opened or used will not be returned or credited.

To set up your return please email customer support with your order number, reason for return, and the items you wish to return.

Returns for refund will be subject to a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Please note returns of products marked "final sale" or purchased using gift cards WILL NOT be accepted.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once your return arrives back to our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and applied to the original payment method.

Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account due to the varying processing times of financial organizations.

My item arrived damaged or broken?

We aim to get it right the first time, which is why each product goes through a rigorous quality control process.

If you feel you have received a defective product upon delivery, please email info@lorrainestudio.com with your order number and a clear photo of the defective merchandise within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can make this right.

Can I reuse / reapply my nails?

Usually, we recommend you using the REMOVABLE NAIL TABS in our toolkit, which may guarantee the press-on nails are reusable.

REMOVABLE NAIL TABS are easy and safe adhesive to use and remove. It will not only harm the wearable nails and your nature nails but also allow one to quickly change the preferred style according on the mood and style.

Is press-on nails Vegan and Cruelty-Free?

100% yes! We never have or will test our products on animals.

Can I buy Lorraine Nails in store?

At this time Lorraine Nails are exclusively available via our website. If you would like to see our Nails in your favorite retailer, let us (and them!) know!
